![]() ![]() When any hardship or concern was brought to our attention regarding access to the pet relief area or location, we had passes issued to allow guests with disabilities or other concerns to transport pets through the lobby. Since we have 200 rooms accommodating other guests, we do our best to be considerate to all guests when groups are in house. This minimizes guests who are intimated by pets to feel safe during their stay. As a 407 room hotel, we diligently set a pet relief area and request that pets access the area, which is located in the rear of the hotel, by exiting and entering the rear of the hotel. Though we love our furry visitors as much as their family members, we have found in our repeatedly hosted pet shows, that this is not always the case with other guests. We appreciate your comments and have some solutions to your concerns. I just wish I hadn't been inconvenienced the entire time I was there and had been treated more like a guest instead of a bother with two dogs.ĭear Valued Guest, Thank you for your feedback on your recent attendance for a dog show. Overall, it's a decent hotel to stay in and seemed to work well for the event I was there for. It seemed high-speed too, and never crashed while I was there. The food was decent at each event as well, There was free WiFi available throughout the hotel, which was one of the nice amenities. ![]() The hotel has some great rooms for hosting banquets and social gatherings- plenty of room with a lot of lighting. Also, I'd love to say that the guy who shines shoes was one of the nicest guys I've met, and would say hi to me every time I walked by with the dogs. If the restaurant staff ran the whole hotel, I'm sure the hotel would have been more pleasant to stay in. The restaurant on site was good- it served decent breakfast options, and the staff that worked in the restaurant were very sweet. I wish there had been a refrigerator and microwave, but there was plenty of storage space and room enough for two crates. The tub in our room and shower nozzle was a bit older, but I think we may have had an older room not yet renovated. The hotel room itself was clean and not a big deal. It just felt that we were being short-changed, despite paying for a room and pet fee. This was a huge hassle, and I believe it was partially due to the other hotel guests (politicians). This became an old chore, as we were also asked to not walk through the lobby itself with the dogs and to use a secondary hallway to get to another hallway to get outside. Well, it became clear quickly that we would not be allowed to go through the front door to relieve the dogs, and had to walk through the entire hotel to get to the back door, where we were allowed to relieve our dogs. Our hotel room was positioned above the lobby, which should not be a big deal. However, I do have a few qualms about the service received while staying here. The hotel itself was in good condition- the room was clean, the lobby looked nice, and it's a huge property. This was the host hotel for an annual dog show. ![]()
